Václav is responsible for the hotel industry side of the business. He applies his experience from working for more than 20 years in hotel sales, leases and franchises, and he manages the audits of restaurant and hotel operations and convention centres. He started his career in the USA, where he also studied Hotel and Restaurant Management. He has worked in a number of top hotels both in the USA and the Czech Republic. Václav is an avid footballer, having previously played for a local club, and he also enjoys travelling. Václav is fluent in English. He lives in Stodůlky, and is proud of it as his parents also used to live there and he considers himself a local patriot.

Václav má na starosti oblast hotelnictví. Zkušenosti ze své více jak dvacetileté praxe uplatňuje při prodejích, pronájmech a franšízách hotelů, řídí audity restauračních a hotelových provozů a  kongresových center. Svou kariéru odstartoval v USA, kde také vystudoval Hotel and Restaurant Management. Působil v řadě špičkových hotelů jak v USA, tak v České republice. Vašek je vášnivým fotbalistou, hrával za místní klub, a také rád cestuje. Václav hovoří plynně anglicky. Václav bydlí ve Stodůlkách, a je na to náležitě pyšný. Už jeho rodiče bydleli ve Stodůlkách, považuje se za místního patriota.
